Refund policy

In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, items purchased from the online store may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Product characteristics are described on each product page. Please note that the actual color tone of the product may differ slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to individual monitor settings. The seller is not responsible for such variations.

To initiate a return, please send a written request within 14 calendar days of receiving the item to info@latvijasperles.lv. Your message should include:

• Order number

• Product code

• Product name

• Quantity

• Reason for return (optional)

When returning items, please follow these guidelines:

• The product should preferably be in its original packaging.

• We recommend carefully opening the packaging upon receiving the item.

If the product has been used beyond the extent necessary to inspect it, or in a way that contradicts principles of good faith, the customer is responsible for any decrease in the item’s value, quality, or safety.
The return request must be submitted in writing, in free form.

The returned item must be in the same condition and full set as received. If this is not observed, the refund may be partially reduced depending on the extent of damage or missing components (e.g., stains, tears, lost parts, etc.).

When returning a product, a proof of purchase must be included.

The seller reserves the right to refuse the return if the return conditions are not met.

Returns must be made according to the procedure set by the seller.

The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Refunds for returned products will be issued via bank transfer to the original purchaser’s account.

Packaging for returns:
The product should preferably be returned in a protective packaging bag.
We recommend returning the item with all original tags, as they serve as proof of purchase from the online store www.latvijasperles.lv.
